Little
Beans Deck Concerts
1809 W Webster Ave., Chicago,

August 8
Little Beans is one of Chicago's best indoor play spaces, and
they're hosting some of the hottest Chicago kids' bands for a couple of great
concerts! On July 11, it's a Mr. Singer concert, and on August 8 kids can jam to
Little Miss Ann. Concerts are from 5-7pm and feature music and dancing outside,
play in te playspace, and pizza and ice cream. $25 for one child, and $10 per
additional child.
Dancin'
Sprouts at the Chicago Botanic Gardens
1000 Lake Cook Road,
Glencoe
Delight in the beauty of the Chicago Botanic Garden, then have a
family picnic in this idyllic setting. Dancin' Sprouts takes place Wednesday
evenings from 5:30 - 7:30 through August 27. Bring your chairs and blankets, and
picnic on your own fare or the food available for purchase.

Millennium
Park - Downtown Sound
Michigan Avenue between Randolph and
Monroe, Chicago
The popular series, Downtown Sound, returns to Millennium
Park for a sixth summer, featuring an eclectic mix of music discoveries,
cutting-edge indie rock, pop bands and rock veterans. Make a day of it - splash
around in the Crown Fountain, visit the Bean, and then have a picnic dinner with
a backdrop of the city. All concerts take place at 6:30pm. The remaining
