ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE CAMP is our intensive rock 'n roll boot camp.
Students receive small-group instruction and band rehearsals leading up to a rockin' performance at a local venue on Friday. $450 5 days of learning music, playing music, fun, band bonding, and PERFORMANCE! Throughout the week, kids go from zero to a full set of rock songs and performance at a local all ages venue. Group rehearsal, music trivia, song casting, one-on-one attention from our all-star instructors, gear education, and band related activities are all aimed at helping kids learn a set of songs and be totally ready to rock them by the end of the week. Whether your musician plays drums, sings, shreds guitar or bass or plays keyboard, they'll have a blast. We recommend students have some experience coming in and the suggested age for this is 12+. 10's and 11's with Experience can be evaluated for admission. Performance Friday.
Camp Dates and Themes:
Rocky Horror Picture Show & Movie Madness 7/26-7/30/21
Come celebrate the movie soundtrack of The Rocky Horror Picture show thrown in with some other movie music greats to round out the set list. There will be a performance on Friday.
Blues Camp 7/12-7/16/21
The Blues had a baby and they named it Rock and Roll. The British Invasion bands like the Rolling Stones (who are named after a Muddy Waters song) took the Blues and turned them up to 11. Campers will learn the importance of the Blues and explore the music of Howlin Wolf, Bo Diddley, Big Mama Thornton and many others.
New ! Songwriting Camp 7/19-7/23/21
Through this special 5-day online songwriting camp, students will learn how to write and record their own original songs. Using our proprietary SongFirst curriculum, students will learn about chord progressions, arrangements and other songwriting principles by analyzing famous rock compositions.
SMALL GROUP POD CAMPS: If you and some close family members or friends would like to have a camp for your pod, please contact us and we have dates available for those types of camps.
