Tutaj Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is accepting kids 6 years and older. Training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will help get kids in shape and build self confidence. Our kids jiu jitsu classes are run much like the adult classes, beginning with a brief warm up that includes basic jiu jitsu movements. Then we learn techniques by repetition of the 12 week curriculum that the instructor has developed from his 16 years on the mat. Class ends with situational sparring from the position practiced that week.
