Namaskar Yoga offers Tween Yoga for girls 10-13, and a bi-monthly Mother-Daughter Yoga class. Tween Yoga teaches the basics of yoga: breathing exercises, stretching, yoga poses and sequences, and relaxation. Yoga philosophy is woven into class discussions and sometimes small projects involving reflection and writing. Tween Yoga is about being healthy and mindful, making new friends, and having fun. No prior yoga experience required.
