Gan Gani, for children ages 18 months to 5 years old, is a Hebrew immersion program based on the premise that early acquisition of bilingual skills enhances intellectual and cognitive development. In a nurturing and safe environment, pre-schoolers are taught Hebrew, learn about Israel, and study Jewish themes. The children are also exposed to a wide variety of carefully selected activities as a means of promoting important areas of development including: fine and gross motor skills, cognitive and critical thinking, and social and emotional skills.

Aside from teaching Hebrew language skills, the intent of this curriculum is to foster self confidence through healthy social interactions with peers and teachers. Music, conversations, creative arts, math, nature, and science are some of the means through which Hebrew, Jewish, and more general educational knowledge is acquired. All these are based on the multi intelligence educational approach of Howard Gardner. A great thinker of modern informal education.
