Why Performing Arts at Music House?

At Music House, the performing arts are about more than technique - they help children develop focus, collaboration, communication skills, and a sense of belonging. Our experienced teaching artists support each student's individual journey, meeting them where they are and encouraging growth at their own pace. Whether a child is energetic, shy, expressive, or still discovering their interests, Music House offers a nurturing space to explore and thrive.

Music Programs - From First Notes to Advanced Study

Music House offers private lessons, group classes, and early childhood music programs across a wide range of instruments, voice, and styles. One-on-one private lessons are personalized to each student's goals, while group classes emphasize collaboration, listening, and ensemble skills. Early childhood and foundational offerings include Music Together®, Pre-Piano, Pre-Violin, Pre-Rock, and Foundations in Performing Arts, giving young musicians engaging, age-appropriate entry points into music learning.

Dance Programs - Building Confidence Through Movement

Dance classes at Music House support physical development, musicality, and creative expression. Students explore styles including Creative Movement, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, Acrobatic Dance, and Musical Theater Dance. Classes are structured, encouraging, and developmentally appropriate, helping dancers build coordination, confidence, and stage presence while enjoying movement and community.

Musical Theater Programs - Storytelling Through Song, Dance, and Acting

Musical theater classes combine acting, singing, and movement to help students bring stories and characters to life on stage. Through games, scene work, vocal exploration, choreography, and ensemble collaboration, students build confidence, creativity, teamwork, and performance skills. Musical theater classes are ideal for students who love to sing, dance, act, and tell stories or who want to grow their stage presence, public speaking, and expressive confidence in a supportive environment.

Performance Opportunities That Celebrate Growth

Students across music, dance, and theater have opportunities to participate in recitals, showcases, and large-scale productions throughout the year. Performances are designed to be age-appropriate, supportive, and celebratory, helping students gain confidence and pride without unnecessary pressure.
