Merry Music Makers offers age-appropriate music education disguised as playtime where babies, toddlers and big kids sing and move to the beat with their favorite grown-ups. Summer Session classes are being offered online via Zoom for an interactive experience that includes songbooks and CDs, in addition to recorded content from your favorite teachers. This Fall we plan to offer a mix of interactive online classes, in-person classes, and recorded classes for our families to choose from. Sign-up today to try a virtual class for free!
Group music classes offer research-based curriculum that fosters family-style learning in classes where younger children enjoy watching and imitating the older children who are working on singing in tune and keeping a steady beat. Classes in English and Spanish include a range of musical experiences, from playful free-movement to instrumental jam sessions, where each child participates at their own level: singing, moving, listening, watching, or exploring instruments.
Private lessons allow children age 3 and up to explore instruments including the in violin, piano, guitar, and voice. Currently, private lessons are all being held online, though we plan to offer some in-person lessons this Fall. You can sign-up for a 15-minute free trial lesson to meet a teacher and assess your child’s current skills or readiness for lessons.
