Chicago Rhythmics is happy to offer a variety of Rhythmic Gymnastics (RG) programs for girls ages 3 and older, including recreational classes and training for the competitive team. We are proud to deliver high quality RG training with our professional coaches, former Olympians, and USA Gymnastics certified members.

At Chicago Rhythmics we offer live online rhythmic gymnastics classes through Zoom. These classes feature rhythmic gymnastics activities with our coaches who will teach, demonstrate, and correct your child’s gymnastics training in real time. We have different levels of online classes matched according to each child’s age and skills, and all exercises can be performed safely at home. Training at home helps children to stay active and fit, during the current Chicago stay at home order.
