Music House School of Performing Arts is dedicated to inspiring artistry in young minds. We believe that cultivating creativity is essential in the development of the brain and exposes students to their potential in a new and fun way. Taking on an artistic medium establishes discipline, work ethic, social awareness, and empathy, and builds a solid foundation for further education and development.

Our theater program provides quality instruction led by engaging teaching artists who are all active in Chicago's bustling theater community. We have a place for all students no matter their skill level or newness to the stage. Everyone who auditions for a Music House production receives a role and every role is equally important! Music House puts on two fully produced musical theater productions per year. Our Winter production is a fan favorite Broadway classic and our Spring production is a musical revue, or a mashup of songs and scenes from a variety of musicals! Participating in a theater production is essential in developing teamwork abilities, increasing confidence and social skills, and building an awareness of result driven process. Past productions have included Annie, Mary Poppins, Willy Wonka Jr., Shrek the Musical, and in our revue we sang songs from The Greatest Showman and Hamilton the Musical!
