The Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio served as Wright's primary residence and studio from 1889 to 1909, the first 20 years of his career. Wright used his home as an architectural laboratory, investigating design concepts on his own home before sharing them with clients. He raised six children in this unique complex and designed such famous buildings as the Robie House, Larkin Building and Unity Temple. Childen can enjoy a special childrn's tour at the Robie House every Saturday.
