Located in Libertyville, Illinois, Lambs Farm is a place that, most importantly, empowers an extraordinary group of more than 250 people with developmental disabilities to lead personally fulfilling lives. Uniquely, Lambs Farm is also a place where families gather to enjoy our many shops and attractions, where community groups hold meetings and picnics, where businesses have products made with care and where many others attend a wide variety of entertaining events.
Farmyard and Petting Zoo offer fun for the whole family, packed full of farm animals. View such animals as sheep, goats, llama, ponies, donkeys, chickens, pigs, calves and ducks. Step into the petting area and mingle with the sheep and goats. The Discovery Center lets visitors explore farm life where learning is fun! Enjoy the Touch 'n Feel table to discover what wool feels like or how hard is a goat horn. See the different grains and feeds farm animals eat. Learn how plants grow and much more. Adults and children alike will enjoy the Miniature Train ride, which travels along the shore of Lambs Lake. Children ages 1 year to 12 years love the Old World Carousel. Test your putting skills on the Miniature Golf Course.
Love the mission behind this! I've been bringing my daughter for several years and we've always had a great time at Lambs Farm. It's a little run down in parts and a little dirty (though it is a farm!!). The staff are always friendly and helpful!
What a great place to go with the family! The restaurant is really good and the people are so sweet! The farm is so much fun for the kids to run around and the pet store is really nice. We adopted our Lab from there over 6 years ago and couldn't be happier with her! The kind and very special people make it such a magical place to visit, such a good experience for young children and adults alike!
