Come explore the magic & science of yoga through the rhythm of Mr. Dave Music. Our Busy Buddhas will yoga to the beat of both original and children's classics. Yoga is all play for these littles! We explore yoga through moving, stretching, posing, and breathing. Each class includes our sun dance warm-up, a song complete with yoga poses, breathwork, balancing series, and relaxation.
