Good grief, Chicago parents! Get ready to step into the world of Charlie Brown, Snoopy, and the whole Peanuts gang this fall at the Chicago Children’s Museum. Starting September 13, you and your kids can explore Take Care with Peanuts: The Exhibit, a new interactive experience that's all about kindness, friendship, and caring for our planet.

This exhibit, which celebrates the 75th anniversary of the iconic comic strip, brings the beloved characters to life through fun, hands-on activities. Based on the "Take Care with Peanuts" global initiative, the exhibit focuses on three key themes: caring for yourself, caring for others, and caring for the Earth.

Your family can explore different character-themed sections that highlight each Peanuts character's unique interests and values. You'll find kid-sized displays with comic snippets and plenty of opportunities for creative, playful learning. Chicago Children's Museum President and CEO Jennifer Farrington says the timeless lessons from the Peanuts comics are a "perfect fit" for the museum's mission of joyful learning.

The exhibit doesn't just teach these values—it embodies them. In a nod to its message of environmental stewardship, the entire experience is designed with sustainable materials. It’s a great way to talk to your kids about the importance of protecting our planet.

Running for six months, this special exhibit is a wonderful way for fans of all ages to connect with these cherished characters and learn valuable lessons about empathy, self-care, and friendship. Don't miss your chance to get up close and personal with the Peanuts gang right here in Chicago!
