Peanut Butter Munchies

This is a quick and easy no-bake recipe for kids to pop into their mouths and enjoy!
  • 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup peanut butter with nuts
  • ½ cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine, softened (1/2 stick)
Mix all in bowl. Shape into balls and refrigerate.

Alteration for a fancier appearance:

  • Use creamy peanut butter.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter together in a bowl.
  • Shape into balls and roll ½ of mixture in chopped nuts. Roll other half in coconut.
  • Refrigerate.
